In a continued effort to provide our customers with new and improved services ACS has released a backup and disaster recovery solution. One of the most important investments you have made for your organization is the MASTER software from ACS. In order to ensure you are able to minimize down time in the event of a server crash you must have a valid backup of your current software and data. We have found that many companies either do not backup their data or rarely verify the backup is valid. Because of this we have developed a way for our customers to do offsite backups as well as have access to remote servers in the event of a complete system failure. - Receive daily reports by e-mail showing the status of your daily backups
- Quickly access files for restore
- Have an offsite backup of your entire ACS system
- ACS does the work for you. In the event of a lost file or system crash ACS will restore all data back to your system
- Minimal Down Time. In the event of a total system failure you can run your software on one of ACS’ remote servers. When your server is replaced we will reload your system with the most up to date data
